Alex Kuhnke

Alex Kuhnke is a real estate investor and a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, where he earned a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. His entry into real estate began as a financial partner in syndications in Phoenix, where he gained firsthand insight into the challenges and solutions involved in large-scale property acquisitions and rehabs. This experience gave him a solid foundation in real estate operations, which he has since expanded into rental properties in Oklahoma and development projects in Colorado, including a 40-acre community in Colorado Springs and a 760-acre family-led residential project in Peyton.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to thoughtful planning, Alex combines his engineering background with a practical approach to real estate development. Outside of work, he enjoys country living and DIY projects, recently transforming part of his home into a modern office space.
